International Credit Card Transactions
Parkway Pest Solutions ("the Company") accepts credit card payments for pest control services rendered in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This policy outlines the terms under which credit card refunds will be issued.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as scheduled or agreed upon
- Duplicate charges were processed in error
- Service was cancelled prior to work being performed, in accordance with our cancellation policy
- Service failed to resolve the issue and falls within our satisfaction guarantee period (if applicable)
